"Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center. Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended. "

"The property is in a beautiful Umbrian setting, very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are lovely, with one caveat: ours had a half-step up to the bathroom I didn't notice, so I tripped and hurt my arm -- the staff should bring this to guests' attention so they don't get hurt. Also, the breakfast needs more vegan options that aren't sweets. But a fabulous stay even so."

"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

"Ottima soluzione per chi ama la tranquillità. Propietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Se il navigatore vi porta su una strada sterrata per arrivare prendetela solo se non ha piovuto nei giorni precedenti. Considerate che si arriva tranquillamente tramite strada asfaltata a poche centinaia di metri ma a volte il navigatore vi segnala come prima scelta la sterrata che va bene solo se non c'è fango. Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo. Mosche morte ovunque, mi sono attrezzata con molte foto per riprendere anche gli infissi aperti e la doccia distrutta....
