"We had a great time in Lombardy, and would be happy to return. This is one of the most beautiful houses we have never stayed in. The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, with large rooms and a lot of equipment. Incredible views on the hills and vines landscape, beautiful pool, nice gardens. "Pre-arrival coordination via text messages was great. Francesca met my wife and I on Via dei Mille to walk us through the rental. The unit is off a courtyard approximately 12 steps down from street level. The queen bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable – memory foam. There is a ‘nook’ off of the living room that has a second full-sized bed which we did not use. The bathroom has tub and corner shower. "A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it.
