But what truly set this place apart — what made it unforgettable — was the food. We were treated to an extraordinary culinary journey: over 19 exquisite courses, each one more delicious and artfully presented than the last. Every dish felt like a masterpiece — bold in flavor, flawless in technique, and crafted with the kind of passion you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. "Fantastic hotel, all of the staff are excellent and made the experience even better. The views from the hotel of Cortona are incredible and we wish we'd booked a longer stay. The rooms are immaculate, clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities follow in the same vein and are so nice you almost don't want to venture out into the town. "

"They accomodated our last minute booking and were very friendly. Everything was nice and clean but a bit flimsy like a squeaky door. It also was too hot, maybe from the towel warmer. A free bottle of wine after our stay was a nice touch."
