"Great location in the city centre. Easy walk to for sightseeing round Ostend by foot and very close to the tram for a rice to other towns on the coast. Hotel room was modern & well done. No problems with slow wifi and our room was very spacious."

"Fantastic welcome from Lee, very knowledgeable and pointed out places to visit as well as recommending area to but local beer and mayo which the kids loved. Lovely Continental Breakfast, i usually dont eat it but it was very enjoyable. We were late checking out due to my oversight but the staff couldnt have been more accomodating. Will definitely revisit as the Hotel was great and we all fell in love witj the area and people."

"Having staying there last year, we had the coldest two days of the year, the property had no heating or hot water. A heater was not provided. (issue) no reception to speak too. Hey ho, we decided to stay again, knowing that problems do arise. We were staying this time for 4 days 3 nights. we had no kettle, iron. cups ect, The tv was not working, and we could not get to speak to anybody, the reception was closed. we sent an email to the booking company to pass to the hotel, with NO reply. Would we stay again. ????? would you. "
