It was closed. We did not get any notice of the closure. They were sweet and allowed us to stay without the breakfast. Staff excellent.

Excellent Hotel

This was a very nice hotel. My biggest regret is that we did not get the full experience since we arrived so late. The hotel clerk (manager?) was very welcoming, despite the late hour of our arrival, and was EXTREMELY patient in explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. It is important to note that he did not speak a word of English and we did not speak more than a couple words of Czech, but he did a great job breaking through the language barrier and getting us taken care of. He also hung around in the lobby to lock up when I was done after I spent several hours on the phone in the lobby area, so as to not wake the other guests. The rooms were comfortable and felt very secure behind several sets of lock doors. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that, although the breakfast area was very small, the selection offered was worth eating. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again and would bring my family to on my next visit.

Ottimo se hai la macchina

Hotel è ricavato in un complesso che ha anche un teatro. Le camere sono ampie ,con arredamento nuovo e colori delicati. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratis davanti all'hotel. Reception gentile e disponibile. Bagno con tutto ciò che serve, ottima la doccia. Colazione non particolarmente varia,ma sufficiente . Rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo. Essendo distante dal centro di Ostrava ,bisogna avere la macchina per apprezzarlo al meglio. Anche il ristorante annesso e discreto.
