"I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "

"Comfort and quiet in an idealic location.
Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome.
The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying.

"Leider hab ich mich etwas täuschen lassen. Ich war gaaaanz fest davon ausgegangen, dass von der Dachterrasse aus die Ostsee zu sehen ist. (Ich hatte die Buchung eines kl Ferienhäuschens deshalb verworfen.) Darauf hatte ich mich so sehr gefreut.
Aber es ist ok.
Die Wohnung ist hübsch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestückt- und sauber.
Deshalb: Daumen hoch."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nachteil sind die fehlenden Rollläden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist durchdacht, der überdachte Balkon war bei unserem Wetter Gold wert. Wir hatten auch schon eine andere Wohnung in diesem Objekt. Die Villa Andrea hat eine sehr gute Lage, Geräuschdämmung ist top, man bekommt von den anderen nichts mit. Tiefgarage ist gut befahrbar, auch die Sauna ist sehr schön."

"Leider ist diese Wohnung aufgrund von Baumaßnahmen im Straßenbereich nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Obwohl im Inserat auf den Ausbau der Strasse hingewiesen wurde, waren doch die Beeinträchtigungen erheblich. An zwei Vormittagen gebe es keine Stromversorgung (unangekündigt) und an den letzten beiden Miettagen fiel die Internetverbindung komplett aus. Des Weiteren waren auch am Samstag Lärmbelästigungen bis in die Abendstunden vorhanden (Strassenbaumaschinen, Rüttelplatte usw.).
