At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Garten

Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas veraltet, aber alles sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich trotzdem wohl. Toll ist der große Garten. Mit dem Fahrrad aber auch wer gut zu Fuß ist, gelangt man überall gut hin.

Prerow mit Hund

Uns hat es in dieser Unterkunft gut gefallen. Lage zum Strand zu Fuß 15 Minuten, mit Fahrrad noch schneller. Zu bemängeln wären allerding die Matratzen da unterschiedlich hoch und sehr hart. Und wer kann sollte seine eigenen Kopfkissen mitbringen.
