This is exactly where the 61m² holiday apartment Seeschwalbe, furnished in a modern and straightforward style in the style of a yacht club. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building, the old maritime school. It has been extensively restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. Let your soul dangle on a 5 m² west terrace, which is oriented towards the Baltic Sea and you can enjoy a side view of the lagoon. The terrace is furnished with sun beds, chairs and a table. The fitness and wellness area is at your disposal. The apartment is conveniently located in the building. Relax in one of the two saunas, enjoy an experience shower and then relax in the relaxation room. Modern fitness equipment is available in a fitness room in order to stay fit even on vacation. The open living and dining area with its cozy, large sofa and lounge armchairs invites you to enjoy great moments with family or friends - enjoy the beautiful view from here too. A large dining table with two shell chairs ensures comfortable seating in the dining area. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the apartment. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The adjacent open NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous cooking accessories ensure a perfect cooking evening.You can reach the modern bathroom via the entrance area equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror. There you will find a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The modern, dark floor tiles and light wall tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The furniture in the sleeping area is bright and friendly. A wardrobe, in which there is a safe, and two bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the sleeping area. The modern box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
