"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Great location for a trip to Tokyo Disney. Room was immaculate and air conditioning worked well. There was an air purifier in the room which was a nice surprise. There is a shuttle bus for Bayside Station and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. Unfortunately, the WiFi was spotty, but that wasn't a big deal for me. I do wish there was a coffee shop or quick bites spot."

"Need to take a shuttle bus from nearest mrt to hotel . About 10 mins ride . walkable from train station but may need 20-30mins walk. Not advisable is abit far. Nearby family mart also about 15 mins walk . The laundromat at 2nd floor is limited. The dryer machine needs about at least 2hrs in order to dry 10 pcs of clothes after the washing else it can’t be dry . Overall room size is still acceptable consider the price paid . "

"The main train station and bus station is 10-15 minute walk. Free transportation to that station via shuttle service. Always go early for the shuttle, it does fill up! Full grocery store at this station as well as a mall with anything you could need :-) The breakfast was delicious every day at our hotel and helped us start our day on a positive note. The front desk also was able to call a taxi a few times and our wait was less than 5 minutes. "
