"This was perfect apartment studio 30 minutes walking to Brussels Midi Zuid Rail station with easy access to train, metro and bus or walking along the canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Flemish/French spoken in this neighborhood. I had minimal communication with the owner pre-check in and even though I let the owner know my plans changed from 7 nights to 4 well in advance, Serge insisted that the VRBO linked to Europe (Abritel)...

"Éramos 7 y nos dieron lo que llaman litros house, que es una casita al fondo de la propiedad que tiene una recámara en el sótano y otra en el primer piso, en la planta baja está la cocina y el comedor. Nos gustó mucho. Hay supermercados cerca y el metro y la estación están cerca. Fuimos caminando a la Plaza mayor y otros lugares de interés. "Room was comfortable and clean! The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Grand Palace! We had a great visit!"

"The hotel needs much maintenance as well as overall cleanliness! Our stay was for 5 nights and the stairs to the upper floors were clearly never vacuumed as we found the same trash every day on the steps. Our room was not well cleaned neither, there was disgusting trash behind the safe. We asked the front desk to advise housekeeping that we needed hand soup in our bathroom and we didn’t get it until the next day. The only plus was it’s great location!"

"Apart from the fact that the internet was temperamental and the room was fairly spartan, the hotel was very good. The staff in particular were helpful and the hotel is convenient for the airport and good value. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of dining options locally and although it is close to the train station, not all the airport trains stop there. In the morning there is only one train an hour to the airport."
