The accommodation offers everything for a long weekend, it is close to the highway and the surrounding countryside has some great trails for walks. The nearby train station made it easy to travel to Utrecht and we could leave our car in the parking lot without any worries. Columberg is also well worth a visit, it's a lovely idyllic little town with small cafés and beautiful typical Dutch architecture. The exchange with the...

nhow Rotterdam Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was super helpful and pleasant and the 24 hour access to coffee, cappuccino and various teas was superb!!!! Beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. I couldnt have been more pleased with our stay and would return. All this and excellent location, cant be beat! Great bar right next to hotel too and tons of restaurants. Must try Paloma!"

8/10 Good

"First, I would definitely stay here, again. The location is excellent for boarding a cruise. I enjoyed the modern decor, bright colors, and the astrological signs above beds and on the welcoming carpet in the entrance of the hotel. The staff were positive in nature and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best of any hotel so far. Now, for the cautions. I have never had so many weird things occur in a hotel in my lifetime and I am well into my 70s… First, I was locked out of my room. It took about 20 minutes for staff and the maintenance person to dislodge the door. Second, the television would not turn on. Rather than replace the battery in the remote, the helpful staff person dislodged the TV mounted on the wall to turn it on. He did replace the battery when he found it would not turn the TV off. The next day the key card to my room would not work. And last no coffee, creamer, and sugar replaced in the room although towels were. That was easy to remedy. Again, staff were excellent in trying to remedy each situation. I did wonder how other guests were fairing or was this just my karma in this specific time and place."
