The valet service is top and not to mention the facilities. The beds are big and spacious lovely balcony and views. The amenities such as the shower gels are top stuff. Took me by surprise as I’ve stayed on many hotels on the palm. They catered to my every need and were flexible. No experience goes without hiccups or one or two problems. But how the staff and management handled it was top stuff. The only thing I can be a little critical on is the fact that there was a lot of children around even in the adult only sections of the hotel and beach. "
