"This is a very basic posada in a great location within easy walking distance to the river district. AC and WiFi worked well during my stay. The on-site staff were helpful and tolerant of my lack of Portuguese. Breakfast was nothing extravagant but just fine."

When we arrived they informed us that the pool would be close. In fact it was closed until the day we left. Room had no window, basically a jail Cell !!! Absolutely terrible room.
