"Would not recommend. Our AC didn't work. Wifi did not work in the room. We could never get hot water in the shower. Many of the breakfast options were stale. The gift shop was never open during our stay. There were very few guests, yet they put as at the far end of the hallway. There were not even cold drinks or ice available until after 4pm. There are many other hotel options nearby, so I would select something different next time."

"the property was very clean and I very good condition. Rooms were were large than usual European rooms with larger bathroom as well. Staff very helpful. Free parking was a major plus and they had secured garage parking. Love the breakfast buffet. Close to the sanctuary. Would love to stay here again if I'm in Fatima. "

"Very spacious buildings, my room was spotless clean and nice and cool, I didn’t need the air conditioning switched on day or night despite the outside temperature being in the high thirties during the day. Comfortable bed and very quiet only heard one or two doors closing on the corridor. Plenty of of road parking."
