"Paid parking (not notified in advance). Breakfast is not included $16.99 buffet. Otherwise, location is great! 6 min drive from Parliament Hill. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. I would recommend it."

"We stayed in 235. The stairs were next to it and was very noisy specially in the morning when other guests start to use the stairs. Our sleep was disturbed."

"I went to many Holiday inn Express&Suites ad this one was one of the best concerning the large parking area (free), employees were helpful and very polite, medium size gym that I enjoyed and the pool with the kids. Breakfast was great and employee were fast making sure food was not missing for rush time and even 1 hours before closing. Recommend 10/10."

"Genuinely loved this place, it's too bad I couldn't partake in more amenities but it was a fantastic stay! The staff were so kind and helpful, I felt wanted and taken care of. The ease to relax, the ability to just get out of your room and go somewhere to enjoy some freedom without needing to leave the property is amazing. My only grief is that their showers don't let you make it too hot, so I can't enjoy my lava showers in my own room. (However the sink can get extremely hot!) "
