"Sadly I had a terrible experience at the Station Hostel. I booked 3 months in advance for a private room for a 2 night midweek stay during my trip to Germany. The location is absolutely fantastic, just minutes from the main station. Check in was friendly and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. "No parking on premises difficult access Public Parking far away, dragging luggage at least 300ft in rain and drizzle. No replacement of towels. No lift dragging heavy luggage up stairs to bedroom "

"Amazing rooms with spacious rooms, large beds and privacy curtains. The only real downfall is that theres no guest fridge or kitchen for use. Would recommend!"

"I basically requested a double room as that was available at the time but, I was down graded to a single twin bedded room because I was single. The room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The host was very rude and gave me a hard time when I wanted a coffee as she saw that I bought some food to have later but I had to go outside nonetheless. I was not trusted even though I said I'm eating the food later. You are treated like a school kid. Too many rules to the point that you do not feel...

"I had a lovely stay for my first solo trip. Check in was easy and everyone I talked to who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is located within walking distance of anything you’d like to see and right next to two good pubs. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room was reasonably nice, but you definitely need to contact and set up which room you will be in before you arrive. There is no reception for the Hostel specifically, but there is a Turkish or Lebanese restaurant below that acts as a reception. If you do not have your room number they will not be able to help you and may seem totally clueless that they are the ad-hoc reception of a hostel. "

"It's a great value, very clean and less than 3 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station that is 8 minutes riding from the main train station. The free parking on the property is great, along with the kitchen/common area. Has all the best features of a hostel, but with a hotel feel. Highly recommend."

"This apartment was the perfect 'home base' for us on our trip to Germany. It had all of the amenities we needed and the location and views were very picturesque. Marc was incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the process. During check-in, he walked us through the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was very comfortable. "Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt! Ein super sauberes und niedliches Haus. Die Treppen sind etwas steil, aber ansonsten haben wir absolut nichts auszusetzen. Es gab jede Menge Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Platz. Ein Sofa hat etwas gefehlt, aber da wir viel unterwegs waren hat auch das kaum gestört. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"
