"Good stay, lovely hotel. It just irks me that you find the tv remote dead and the bathroom sink almost plugged. Why doesn't housekeeping check this stuff."

"A nice clean room. Unfortunately I had an accessible room in which the bathroom floor flooded every time I had a shower. Slightly disappointed as had messaged three times to request a quiet room, I was put adjacent to the stairwell next to the lift and the hotel did not reply to any of my three attempts to contact them, apparently they were busy... Slightly took away from the importance of my custom. Otherwise all was good. Clean, comfy, cool and breakfast was good."
