Met my expectations. I don't understand why there were prior negative reviews unless they thought they were going to the Hilton. It was affordable, comfortable, quiet, good location, and breakfast was good. Exactly as advertised. As far as staff, I find people will treat you how you treat them. I liked staff. The front desk lady went above and beyond for me and was friendly. I'm happy I stayed here and I would again.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Overland Park, Kansas City, and overall I had a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-maintained my room was. The bed had clean blankets and linens, the bathroom had fresh towels, and the room was stocked with useful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. Everything felt fresh, organized, and ready for my stay. The air conditioning was another major plus. It worked extremely well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The heating was also functioning properly, which is always important when staying at a hotel. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every interaction I had was pleasant, and I appreciated how the employees made guests feel comfortable and valued. The parking area was also clean, convenient, and felt safe, with easy access to the hotel. The location is convenient as well, with local bars and two convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to grab something without having to drive. The biggest downsides were that there was no gym and the pool was closed during my stay. The washer and dryer were also not fully functional. I would have enjoyed having access to the fitness center and pool, especially during a longer stay. However, these issues did not outweigh the positives.
