Awesome property

We had a great trip. The place was great. The host was great and the location was great. The perfect trifecta. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely stay in one of his properties again.

The place was incredibly nice and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Patrick was very helpful throughout it the whole process and was great at communicating with us. Will definitely keep this place in mind as we will be in the area a lot.

Just what we needed!

Owner was very responsive and the property was “as shown” and met all expectations. Great accommodations for someone that has fur babies. The fenced in yard was a hit!

Comfy Ranch

This property was booked to accommodate our small family of three adults and our traveling cat while we visited Kansas City for a few days to visit nearby presidential libraries. Check in process was smooth. Host configured access through a smart lock on the front door and we had no problems entering the property when we arrived. Liked that we had access to the garage allowing us to have our car inside out of the weather. Finished basement was nicely furnished and I could see that being a great place for kids to hang out away from adults to play games or watch something else. Aside from the bathroom down there, we didn't take the opportunity to make much use of it. Property is conveniently located to entire metro area with ready access to highways and nearby retail, restaurant and commercial activities. The area is mostly single family homes with some beautiful parks in the neighborhood. Friendly neighborhood; waved at some of the neighbors, and said hello. Would recommend this property for your next stay in KC.

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood

We needed a place to stay while we visited family in KC and this home was a wonderful surprise! The home was very cozy, clean and nicely decorated. It was very easy to feel “at home”! Our dog even felt right at home with the HUGE fenced in back yard, where he could run free and discover new smells :) The beds and couches were very comfortable, and 2 of our kids (ages 6&7) even slept on the living room couch and said it was more comfortable than their beds at home! The only issue we had on the upstairs level was access to the stairs with the toddlers. There are gates to block the stairs, but the charming newel post made it difficult to affix the gate securely to the other side, but we made due by blocking the staircase with a large dog crate. To anyone with children over 4 years old, this will not be an issue. Down the stairs was a GREAT space for entertaining our KC family! We were able to open presents together, play ping pong, and we could have even hosted dinner down there, if not for several amazing restaurants in the City to get us out of the house! What stood out most to us was how responsive Patrick was. He went out of his way to answer any of our questions almost immediately and was very flexible to work with. We will definitely use them again next time we visit the KC area, and highly recommend them to any prospective guests!
