A beautiful spacious 1 bedroom cottage with 2 futon sleepers on the downstairs level located in private gardens at the edge of a forest. Surrounded by forest, private gardens and wild flower Prairie on the edge of Blue River Valley. Explore 10 acres of gardens, forest trails, small lake with stone bridge, dock and private fishing. Perfect for one to reflect, a couple's romantic getaway, or family vacation. 5 minutes to grocery store, great restaurants and 20-30 minutes to down town Kansas City attractions!
**If you plan to bring pets, we know they will love it here, too! Please keep them on a leash. If you leave the house, pets are required to be kept in a kennel. $30 pet fee.**
