"Water leaks from the ceiling and walls. Molding smell in the house. Light does not work in the bathroom. Things are breaking apart. The host will charge you for the things that already broke. Not recommended. Take a lot of pictures before and after you leave."

"We arrived at this place 30mins early and waited around to receive the door code, which we never got. The property manager/owner never responded to us at all. There was another group of people staying inside who booked it on a different app. I booked this property months before our stay. We then scrambled to find another place to stay before our event that we came to Miami for. Terrible experience. Poor management and bad communication "
