"The room was clean as the hotel is currently under some updates. The Hotels.com listing for this property says it has a hot tub/spa but upon checking in, when asked, was told that the tub was removed, like many others of this chain, during the COVID stuff. We also saw/killed dozens of small ants that were all over the desk/table in the room. The remaining pool was almost unbearably cold."

"This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed. "

"We have stayed here on many occasions that should tell you allot the place is away clean and comfortable we have had many family Christmas and weekend getaways here. Great place you won't regret it"
