The staff was terrific and very helpful. Our room was dingy and not quite clean. I've stayed in other Red Roof Inns that were just fine, but this was felt very run down and dirty. I would not stay here again.

Key opener didn’t need a key. Was able to open door freely. Room smelled of cigarettes. Shower head was broken so some water poured from the bottom of the shower head when the water was turned on. One wall by the bathroom vanity had sticky yellow stuff splattered all over it.

Had 2 issues woth the toilet not flushing or overflowing. At time of 1st incident informed the desk that the phone in room did not work. When the 2nd incident occurred still could not use phone on room. Had to find phone number to contact hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom is on need of updates The exterior need some TLC.

I had two lights out when I got to the room my light by the bed went out while I was there. The vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work and somebody stepped on my Apple Watch and broke it and nobody owned it. The person at the desk wouldn’t even talk to me about it wouldn’t even look at. It said they didn’t speak English. I had a horrible experience and I will not be back and I think they charge me for extra day cause I left yesterday and I think they charged me for Saturday.

the guy gave me a room, then when he found out i was having trouble finding a spot near the room he walked out with a key to another room he'd gotten for me and told me where to park for easy access to that new room. we swapped keys and i had a short easy trip from my car to the room with my bag. it was ABOVE AND BEYOND excellent service. go dude.

It was down a alley. Not a very good area. A Circle K and a Waffle House were in walking distance. No free breakfast! Only 2 towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash clothes. It was clean! Just not a very good area. I would never stay there again! The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room had big cockroaches and baby cockroaches. The clerk checking me in lied so I couldn’t get a refund. He called me a liar to my face. Even showed him the cockroaches and he still didn’t believe me. Tried to blame them on my 5lb chihuahua. Hell they could of ate my dog for dinner. Expedia would not even fight for me to get my refund. All they wanted to do is give me a $25 coupon which I never received. I’m done with them. Stay away fro red roof! ! ! ! ! !

Parking was horrible.never got a spot in front of room. Toilet overflowed, front office gave him a plunger, didn't call maintenance or anybody to come check the toilet . When we checked out ,went to get our $50;,deposit .the lady said ""someone peed through the comforter,, mattress cover,and the mattress ""!! . I told her there's no way, only myself and husband stayed there. My husband only one slept in bed,I slept on loveseat because it was a lot firmer for my back. My husband asked to b showed this . Went back to room ,they had stripped bed already, he looked,nothing on mattress, l if there was anything,it was a stain. That's a lot to go through a comforter,a mattress cover and a mattress!! Told the lady "obviously y'all need the $50 more than I do . Go ahead and keep it. . . We will never patronize this hotel again!
