"Hotel was old and well used. We stayed there several years ago without complaints, but the maintenance seemed lacking. It hasn’t been maintained in recent years. They treated Expedia customers as less than other customers. Example I was informed that I had to pay $10 per day for parking because I was an Expedia customer. Hidden fees! They didn’t clean our room or provide extra wash cloths for the second day. Toilet had a bad caulk job around the base and smelled of urine. They had a breakfast buffet. Online in advance cost was $26. At the door cost was $15. Some guests had vouchers but staff weren’t able to answer questions about who got those. There was nice lady cleaning the elevator who was very friendly. Pool patrons were nice and respectful but the water looked cloudy. There was a dead roach in the lobby that was about 1 inch long. I am glad I stayed there because I could walk to graduation, but my mom’s bathroom drain was super slow and the handle on the faucet fell off and the toilet seat was broken."

"So our experience wasn’t terrible BUT we stayed and the upstairs people apparently had kids and all and stayed up close to midnight constantly running jumping and throwing ping pong balls. We couldn’t sleep until they went to sleep! We could hear everything going on. Other than that, the suite we stayed in was nice and very roomy. We will stay again but will request to be on the top floor or in a unit that’s by itself if that’s even offered. The shower had amazing water pressure. They do need to get wider shower curtains because the water was so intense it was spraying everywhere. Had to use a lot of towels to block water from soaking the floors. We didn’t get to test out the pool or other amenities at the place because we was just wore out from spending the day at Silver Dollar city. We checked out early and didn’t even eat breakfast, so no reviews on the rest. We stayed in suite 403A/B. I give this place a 7/8… only because of the not being able to rest properly because of the neighbors."

"Amenities were not available with the pool Construction was on going and redoing the roof and painting the entire building we were staying in. AC to our room/living room did not work Wouldn’t get below 76 and very stuffy We paid over $400 per night. Hotel said there wasn’t another room available that was 3 bedroom/other accommodations. Was told i couldn’t receive a refund."

"Ehh better quality rooms and room amenities in a Holiday Inn Express and about 1/3 the price. Nothing too bad and was clean and convenient for the concert at hotel-casino-amphitheater venue."
