"Highly recommend! Everything about this hotel is amazing - location, atmosphere, staff politeness, cleanliness, breakfast, room design, attention to detail, etc. When you arrive in the hotel lobby, you’re greeted by the bass pro scent and a beautiful woodsy type theme. The staff are extremely kind, attentive and professional. The easiest check-in I had during my roadtrip through three Missouri cities. When you arrive in your room, you’re greeted with a clean bed with a pack of gummy worms and creative story behind that, waters in the fridge, and spectacular decor. The following day the staff send out a text confirming that your stay is going well and to check in to see what can make it better. I’ve never had a hotel do that before. I can’t recommend this highly enough!"

"Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson had clean rooms, great hospitality and staff! However, the day we arrived it was 100 degrees and we wanted to swim. There was a cigarette floating in the indoor pool. Also the pool was in the 70's ! Way too cold to swim in with the 30 degree drop in water temp. The breakfast was great!"
