One of the highlights was the hot tub beside the creek it was serene, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. This place strikes a great balance between being family-friendly and romantic. We visited for our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary champagne. The Ozarker Lodge is warm, welcoming, and memorable we can’t wait to come back."

"Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much. "
