"My husband I loved the balcony view and the pool/hot tub. Staff was amazing! The shower in our room was small,old and rundown looking,shower curtain rod fell and wrong for the shower but actually a whole new shower is needed. The ac was loud thru out the night as it would boom when it would shut down and startle me awake."

"Staff is great, place is clean inside and out, amenities were great and breakfast was better than expected. Only complaints are the decor is pretty outdated (carpet, bedding) and the aged mattress needs replaced. We would stay here again due to convenient location and 95% satisfaction with our stay, just could be a tad bit more inviting with a facelift!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good prices. Close to the places I want to go. My family liked the extra small bowl of cobbler and ice cream on Friday and Saturday night. (It is at 10pm and I was surprised how many went to that. ) If in the area again, I plan to stay here."

"We were there for a sibling get together! We had so much fun! There’s so much to do and all the facilities were so nice. The office staff were all wonderful and helpful! We’ll be going back again!"

"Cons: We were never told where the pool was or if there was a free breakfast. The carpet had a few stains and there was a broken door around the water heater. Pros: the property was right on the water front. Very quiet setting and off the main strip in town which made it much easier to navigate around without constantly being in traffic."

"We had a wonderful stay for my birthday weekend! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Branson. The only issue was that the TV remote never worked correctly, so watching TV wasn’t an option during our stay. Thankfully, that didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!"
