"San Souci was perfect for us! I have stayed at San Souci numerous times and the condo was great. The property owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch. The access was a breeze with codes being sent for gate and room with no struggles of checking in or out at a different location. It was very clean and appeared to be recently painted and remodeled with the cutest decorations and all comfortable bedding and couches. There were enough items to accommodate us for a few days and a washer...

"Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. There were four of us here having an extended girls weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday and we all had a blast. Also, the extra items were so useful! (Wagon, chairs, paddleboards...

"The condo was well appointed and clean. Great location with a good seafood restaurant a block away. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted him. My only suggestion would be the mattress in the guest room was in need of replacing. It was a nice mattress but had met its life expectancy. If I visit Pensacola Beach again, I would not hesitate to rent this condo."

"We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus."

"This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island....
