Truly paradise

Book now and don’t look back! This property is amazing top to bottom (location, amenities, hospitality). We hope to come back soon and would unequivocally recommend anyone we know to stay here. Perfect place to explore all over Umbria and Tuscany and perfect place to relax and never leave the grounds.

Beautiful and Peaceful Villa and wonderful village

We were in Italy for a short vacation to visit our daughter in Cortona and found this amazing place to stay. Lucia and her extended staff run a world class olive oil farm, mill and winery in addion to their hospitality rentals. The accommodations are clean, very well stocked including some basic food items in the kitchen to get us started on day one. They gave us a bottle of their estate produced olive oil, wine and honey as a welcome gift. The pool is even nicer than.the pictures and we didn’t use the hot tub because it was middle of summer but the views look amazing from its deck. Paciano is a hidden gem. We walked there every morning and to dinner their at night. When we booked we looked at Sienna and Cortona but Paciano was a better choice. We got an amazing farm and vineyard. Paciano had 5 good places to eat and it was only a 45 minute drive to Cortona and Multipuciano and an hour to Sienna. We enjoyed staying on property and relaxing more than going to the cities. The olive oil produced in Il Fontanaro is among the best in the world and the olive oil “tasting” is really a 1 hour lesson in olive oil including a tour of their mill on site. The staff offers free concierge services for booking wine tastings across Tuscany and Umbria cities and cooking classes and olive oil tasting and massages. They respond to texts within 5 minutes. We have traveled all over the world and this is our new favorite!
