"El hotel es muy lindo y lo tienen en perfectas condiciones. El desayuno en el restaurante es delicioso y vale muchisimo la pena incluirlo en la reserva. Es importante que el hotel al momento de hacer el check in, el personal tome en cuenta la categoria que tiene uno como cliente (VIP Premium) e informe de los beneficios que otorga el hotel. Otro dato importante es que lean bien la solicitudes del cliente, para que lo tomen en en cuenta al momento de asignar la habitación."

"El hotel está increíble, la alberca infinita de la villa y jacuzzi con una vista espectacular , las habitaciones con vista al lago 😍. Ojo , hay habitaciones con vista al lago y hay unas sin vista al lago. Estar consientes que no todas las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado . Hay una villa que está en la parte de arriba y solo se puede utilizar si no está reservada, corrimos con mucha suerte en poder utilizarla como área común. Una de las habitaciones no funcionó el aire acondicionado y el otro que tenía ventilador de techo hacía mucho ruido. En ocasiones no responden los whatsapp y hay que ser pacientes , se requiere de marcarles para atender solicitudes . No cuentan con pasta de dientes ni cosas del baño, se tiene que pedir un servicio con ellos para que vayan a comprar fuera . Muy amables en el servicio , El restaurante kinnek está muy bonito ya que está pegado al lago , pero consideren ir durante el día, ya que de noche no se ve nada. Merece mucho la pena quedarse ahí."

"This is the BEST property in Antigua. We stayed at other places, but this is by far our favorite. Brian at the front desk always makes me feel like I'm visiting an old, dear friend. Rosaleo and Karin at breakfast are incredibly warm and kind. It was always a pleasure starting my day being greeted by them. Heiro at the coffee bar/café was also incredible. The gardens are gorgeous! We had a villa, and we loved the little park in front of our room. This is truly one of my favorite places on earth. I can't recommend it highly enough."

"We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The property well maintained and looks great. There are NO air conditions in the rooms. The ceiling fans are a bit noisy but other than that, the stay was amazing."
