"Staying in Bucerias/ Nuevo Vallarta for the first time was easy at this condo. Gated, staffed and well maintained. The staff was amazing, the condo very comfortable and the beach.....well, it's all yours in front of the condo units, (we had sea turtle hatch right on our beach for our visit which was spectacular). "The staff were excellent. Food was very good. We never tried the room service because the menu looked unappealing. The Alacarts were all great. We loved the beach. Water was warm , clean and clear. No rough surf like other places I've stayed on the Pacific coast. Really easy to get around. Lots of taxis or the bus stop is in front of the resort. The only negative thing was the ridiculously expensive games room. The resort should really review the pricing structure as it's not realistic. We passed as I would rather give my money to the excellent friendly staff. Overall a good experience. We stayed 10 days."
