"Was able to stay here with some friends for a weekend getaway. Great location with a beautiful view of the water. Close to a secluded beach as well!Previous reviews were accurate in that there was a strong sewage smell that went in and out throughout the day. Unfortunately where was some black mold located in one of the bathrooms on the top floor which is why our rating is lower. House could also use some updates to the interior but the photos are pretty accurate. "

"A wonderful, tranquil oasis that is removed from, and yet an easy walk to, the tourist-filled town center and the beach. The residence is set back from the street and is very quiet and private with charming hacienda decor. The host was wonderful to work with. I can't imagine staying anywhere elae in Sayulita. "
