The elevator didn't work while we were here. The views and the location was beautiful. It got awfully hot at night on the third floor but the fans provided did help a bit. The TV could use an upgrade.

Rooms were nice. The elevator went down before we arrived and they were waiting on a part. The hotel does not have air conditioning and that was a ruff on the hot days we were there. But it’s all about location. Can’t get any closer than this hotel.

For the price and the place this was great! Lover's Point Inn was in a great location located about a 2.5 mile walk to the Fisherman's Wharf and about 1 mile to Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium - more of a quiet neighborhood area. Local food options were great and the outdoors are right at your fingertips with the Ocean View Blvd that runs for miles stretching right past the Inn. The staff was absolutely fabulous, very kind and welcoming as well as accommodating to needs and recommendations in the area. There was parking in front of the Inn as well as under the building - permit required and received at check in. The rooms are fairly clean and well kept with room cleaning available upon request. There is no breakfast, however it is across the street from a cafe and there is hotel coffee available at the front desk. Overall great stay and would return!
