"Overall good except missing the requests in the order. Mentioned “did not see your adjacent room request but told I have request for baby basinet” though both are requests in same note. Funny!"

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"The TV remote did not work. The remote turn on the TV but I could not get any channels to come up. I went to the kiosk three times about the TV. Talk to the staff three times about the TV but I didn’t I get anyone to correct the problem what the TV! A motel room should have three essential things, a good bad for resting, a bath to clean up and use and the TV that works. I never got them to correct the problem with the TV! 😡"
