8/10 Good
"Our experience was overall nice, but with some issues We were locals on a staycation. Our check-in was wonderful. The person who checked us in was beyond excellent with customer service. Our time at Ruth Chris was exceptional as well. The morning crew however was less than helpful. We were on the 11th floor trying to come down for breakfast, and the elevator wasn't working. We called front desk three times and no one answered. We walked down the 11 flights of stairs and the let the know the elevator call button was not working on floor 11, her response "we know, it isn't working on any other floors either." Note they got the elevator working three hours later, but until it was all 13 floors were using a single employee service elevator (which the desk ppl did not tell us was available when we talked to them). We then asked if they could direct us to the Deli that they advertised. I again felt like I had interrupted their conversation. Her response "go out and turn left and look for umbrellas." The problem is immediately to the left, they had seating with umbrellas. To get to the Deli you needed to go out to the front side-walk and then head left - thankfully google was there to support because I didn't feel like trying to ask again. Overall it was nice, but the elevators (obviously) and gym showed wear and age that I wouldn't expect to see in a hotel that charged the prices they did, but had my whole experience been like check-in day I would have overlooked it."
