They all went far and beyond to make sure we had an excellently pleasant stay. From front desk, pool, restaurants, and throughout. Definitely coming back."

"Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."

"Beautiful property and amazing staff! We had such a wonderful stay at Estancia la Jolla. The hotel was such a nice, peaceful, escape! We loved everything- the plants, gardens, and whimsical touches. We had our wedding at Estancia and it was the BEST day! Our hotel guests loved their stay and the entire experience! They commented on how the good the food and service were. However, what really set this place apart from other hotels is the staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional....

"If you are there midweek before June 1, plan for the advertised amenities to be closed. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this and so the adult pool did not have food and beverage service, and similar issues throughout my stay."
