"No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota.
hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar.
La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio,
En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible)
Tampoco habia elección.
Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion.

"The property, beautiful.
The direction coordinates on the Expedia map was incorrect. We spent so much time looking for this place.
The host was great, but the problem was that he did not have Internet."

"Only one night due that we needed to be close to the airport. I really felt sad not to be able to enjoy longer this place. It is just gorgeous and close to everything.
I will definitely have it in mind for future travels. Also the host is always fast to answer any concern.
Me encanto."

"This is a very clean spacious Apartment. We stayed there right after the August 26 earthquake so to have a place to stay in Cali was very welcomed. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, near a catholic church and a large mall. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linens. The only thing negative was the kitchen is a little lean on cooking utensils."

10/10 Excellent
This is an amazing hotel, very friendly helpfull staff and superclean rooms. The view is spectular, and it is quiet but close to the city, easy acces to taxi's and the staff has different options for tours. Good breakfast. Good beds, and nice shower. The only thing is lacking is a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the restaurant is great so not a big problem.
