The elegance of the grounds and the villa were truly special. We felt like we were the only ones there! Velda was very kind to us and made sure we were comfortable, etc. We truly had a memorable stay here!"

"The setting of the Greenhouse is spectacular. The house itself is immaculately appointed, very private and quiet. Perhaps the best part is the owner who is a most gracious host. Can’t wait to return."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. "The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. The walk to town is 30 minutes and steep. The property is and the heating system when run resulted in a loud "banging sound" throughout the night that rattled through the...

"A beautiful villa, lots of space, tastefully furnished rooms, a large livingroom with all you need to relax with the family, two gorgeous bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cute little garden. "Likely the most magnificent villa we will ever stay in -- beautifully appointed, superb location on Lake Como, convenient to restaurants and the ferry. Our owner Stefano could not have been more helpful and gracious. We look forward to returning!"

"I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "
