"This was a great hotel. Staff always polite and helpful. The Hotel is clean as the rooms. Security was superior. Food was fresh, plentiful and variety was eceptional. Pool was easy to acess and clean. Close to beach and restaurants and heaps of shops. The area is not busy if you like it a bit quieter. I fully recommend this hotel to others. "

"This is a decent good hotel, in the back of some abandoned buildings. Not really walkable to many areas, restaurants or the beach. But the hotel is clean, safe and there is a circle k nearby for drinks. The staff are very helpful, friendly, kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and offered good variety while changing the breakfast content everyday. The pool and scenery of the hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The pool was warm, empty and great for swimming. Me and my family had a wonderful experience here, thank you The Kana at Kuta Beach. The is also a good Chinese restaurant across from the hotel, that we finally found out about on our last night there. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that there is an abandoned building in the front of the hotel that isn’t appealing and the lunch and dinner at the hotel was not very good, other than that, it’s a fantastic hotel, and I have traveled to many places around the would and stayed at countless hotels. Just wanted you to know some pros and cons here. Also not very walkable to get around the area for sight seeing, you have to take transportation. "

The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless and stylish, and breakfast was incredible every morning. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back! "You can’t go beyond the bungalows which are private and quiet but ask for one not on road side. This is our second visit and the only minor complaint I could say that the pool staff use to walk around offering food and beverage menus but this time we had to go up to the bar to order. This is being very picky, but it was a very nice and appreciated Service that does not seem to exist now. Other than that, we absolutely love this place."
