The front desk hosts were perfect. So kind, professional and helpful (especially for us who didn't speak Italian). Location couldn't be better. Room quite comfortable and well stocked. We did the spa water treatment. That was just ok. Bit the rest couldn't have been better ..oh, breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Superb boutique hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of the historical part. Spa was fantastic, room was spacious with amazing AC. Amenities were spot on including a full minibar stocked up every day for free. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Walter and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Not only were they extremely helpful with our car parking, but they even started breakfast early so we could have something in our stomachs before a long trip. The rooms were large and comfortable, stocked with snacks and coffee. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent area close to the university with tons of historic sites, shopping and dining options. Staff was professional and accommodating (and spoke excellent English). I chose the property for its convenient location in the city center. In the photos, the furnishings appear ultra modern. In reality, they are in terrible repair. The odd, curved, white vinyl chair was badly torn all over. The table was very wobbly. Walls and baseboards were chipped. The bathroom wall behind the sink was soaking wet near the base and black with mildew. The batheoom floor and shower floor were visibly not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time. Convenience and helpful staff are the only high marks I can give.

Proficient and extremely welcoming check in, and also booked my visit to the Cappella del Scovegni simultaneously. List of restaurants that were recommended by food type was spot on. Room was lovely with a small balcony Breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the coffee. Special shout out to Marco for showing me some local tips for my upcoming trip to Venice
