"Pros: We loved everything about Elena’s farmhouse style property, especially the outside area and fruit trees! The best part about this place is that it is in the countryside outside of the town of Alghero (in complete peace and quiet) but it’s close enough to be able to get the convenience of restaurant choices/shops etc! "We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!"
