It is divided into two apartments where common areas such as the magnificent garden, the large swimming pool, as well as the terrace and the barbecue are shared.

Therefore it is perfect for both a family or two families who want to enjoy the common areas together, but at the same time want privacy.

Each apartment has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Perfect location, just 25 min from Granada, 30 min from the Tropical coast and 50 min from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
