"Beautiful and peaceful setting. The host made it very easy to find and order food to be delivered. It is far enough out to be a retreat but close enough to town for convenience and cell service."
"Yes, this place is out of Page. Didn't realize until we drove thru town, but it has magnificent views of the mountains and the desert quiet is wonderful. Hit a cold spell (which has been happening alot lately) so I wasn't able to enjoy my coffee on the veranda. With that said, place is huge, 3 bedrooms, huge master suite and bath. Loved the decor. We were doing this trip on the cheap so we used the kitchen extensively, has everything.
Kaleb was very helpful in answering questions and giving...
"Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh.
Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses."

We booked a trip and made a friend! From the moment we arrived until the morning we left Eric took care of us like we were old friends. He truly was the most gracious host we’ve ever encountered! Eric has every detail covered—use of coolers and utensils for daytime outings, drinks, snacks, a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, a comfortable home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. I am certain there is no better place to stay in Lake Powell!

Very nice, new feeling tiny home. We rented both sides and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and be able to shut the door between parents and children. Couldn’t get the WIFI to work. Clean and quiet. But bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. None of the upper windows have coverings.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to have the availability for three beds. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. Unfortunately. Some hotels have done good and upgrading the mattress on the sofa bed. This is the only thing that I would say is wrong with this place. The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The bar was a nice addition with the ability to have dinner there. They have a nice area to grab some snacks too and drinks. We did not utilize the patio until the next morning when...

When we needed extra blankets and sheets, they promptly made them available. The room was spacious and clean, as was the kitchen, which was equipped with all necessary appliances. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious, offering plenty of comfort after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable. good breakfast.
The location was perfect—so close to a supermarket and excellent restaurants, making it super convenient.
The only downside was that the WiFi could be better.
