It is an older property but clean and somewhat updated. The carpets were replaced with laminate flooring. It felt like a Motel 6, but in a safe place. It is close to Grand Canyon Brewery which has very good beer and food.

Maria at the reception was very Good. The Room was awesome 123. We parked right infront of our door. Coke machine right there. Laundry machine 30’ away & the ice machine right next to it. Breakfast was excellent, specially the outdoor tables in the open air.

They require an outrageous $200 deposit for a one night stay. I realize it's refunded but still outrageous!! There is no scenic view of lake powell. Toilet wouldn't stop running all night, bathroom door was coming off hinge.

It is a budget friendly decent option to consider with well behaved staff and essential amenities. They provided a very good breakfast and staff support was visible everywhere. The door was directly open to outside world without a corridor, but I felt safe there in their well maintained and staffed property.
