We booked a trip and made a friend! From the moment we arrived until the morning we left Eric took care of us like we were old friends. He truly was the most gracious host we’ve ever encountered! Eric has every detail covered—use of coolers and utensils for daytime outings, drinks, snacks, a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, a comfortable home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. I am certain there is no better place to stay in Lake Powell!

Very nice, new feeling tiny home. We rented both sides and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and be able to shut the door between parents and children. Couldn’t get the WIFI to work. Clean and quiet. But bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. None of the upper windows have coverings.

Awesome Glamping Experience….. Hosts and property were very accommodating…. If solitude, comfort and remoteness (Though it’s only 15 minutes from Page) … this will certainly fit the bill !!! 👍

The property is clean and near horseshoe bend.

it was a nice place to stay, it’s not far from other great places. I had left something here and they called me right away and is having it sent in the mail.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to have the availability for three beds. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. Unfortunately. Some hotels have done good and upgrading the mattress on the sofa bed. This is the only thing that I would say is wrong with this place. The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The bar was a nice addition with the ability to have dinner there. They have a nice area to grab some snacks too and drinks. We did not utilize the patio until the next morning when...

"Check-in and check-out were fully automated. We did not meet our host, but they were highly responsive to any and all questions we had. When we needed extra blankets and sheets, they promptly made them available. The room was spacious and clean, as was the kitchen, which was equipped with all necessary appliances. The outdoor area was beautiful as well. We asked for recommendations for sightseeing, and our host immediately texted us suggestions, most of which we used. We requested a late...

Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Very nice clean hotel, great views of the dam.

Second time I’ve stayed there. Very large rooms and decent breakfast. Great view and location.

It was good. Breakfast was weak

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious, offering plenty of comfort after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable. good breakfast. The location was perfect—so close to a supermarket and excellent restaurants, making it super convenient. The only downside was that the WiFi could be better.

Recommended. Helpful staffs. Holiday Inn's breakfasts have never disappointed me.

Staff was exceptionally helpful.
