"Pros: Matteo is a very attentive host. His vacation house has been restored in a very inspiring way, leaving all sorts of details intact. Naggio is a tiny hill village, and is a good starting point for hikes in the region. We had a very nice stay in his place, and we can recommend the place. Two points of attention for guests. "An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. The pizza on site was amazing for dinner that night. The drive up to it can be scary as very sharp turns and a lot of incline. Only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast as there was no options for any of us to eat. The waiter said that there was a delivery problem but it meant no croissants, no anything really apart from some old hard bread and some scrambled eggs. Was very disappointed with that."

"Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

"Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como. We enjoyed a meal on the evening which was very enjoyable sat on the terrace. Our room had two balconies with far reaching views over the lake where we enjoyed the complementary coffees after the breakfast and a final shuttle into town for our next stop. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."

"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."
