"We came into Salinas for a funeral and since it was the weekend of the concourse de elegance there were no rooms available in salinas or monterey that wete reasonably priced. So i looked in soledad and was a little nervous being a motel 6 in soledad. However i was pleasently surprised as to how clean our room was, we didnt use the pool but it was very clean and beautifully set up, the water preasure was good, but the beds were the best. They were so comfortable i dusnt feel like i was sleeping in a hotel much less a motel 6. I was very grateful for the comfort and cleanliness. "

"Price was great, room was new and impeccably tidy but the staff was abnormally kind. Checked in late after 11pm and the front desk rep was both professional and knowledgeable with a smile! Breakfast attendants were sweet and happy to be doing their job. Every door was monitored and the parking lot had security. We will stay here again. "
