"The stay was good and the hotel was nice but there was 4 coach loads of younger people there and they were running up and down corridors at two and three in the morning and with marble tiled floors they were very loud."

Why would she be in a room cleaning when we were not leaving the room until 11am. I’m an IHG member that means absolutely nothing these days. Holiday inns do nothing to fresh the place up because they know that they have the monopoly at this airport. "

"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. So we did not get to go to the spa as planned. In previous years this place has been great, hope it gets back there!"
