"The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. I couldn’t give them higher marks. The staff were very attentive and polite. The room was big and balcony great. Perfect view of the sea and lighthouse. "Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."
