"I only have good things to say about the Grand Majestic. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and professional. The room was very tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, highly recommended and we will be staying here again as we have to visit Prague often."

"My experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival to our “Deluxe” room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff advised us to give it some time to cool down, but the room never refreshed. We reported the issue to reception, and they assured us that the maintenance team would come to fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one arrived. Since we had reservations outside the hotel, we had to leave without the problem being resolved. When we returned later that evening, we were told the issue had been fixed, but upon entering the room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. At that point, I had to go back down to the lobby once again to complain. The staff eventually moved us to another room, but it was slightly inferior to the “Deluxe” room we had originally booked. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience of having to change rooms late at night left us disappointed. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better service and reliability."

"I liked everything about the hotel, the location is very nice , in front of a beautiful park and 3 min to metro and tram. breakfast was good and could be even better with some improvement. The view of my room was the park and I loved it. I recommend this hotel as a Google guide"

"Modern hotel conveniently located where I needed to be. Expensive considering no fridge, kettle or other amenities in the room, gym or pool. 20€ added breakfast seems like a lot. Worst of all was the noise of some construction - drilling sound happening in the morning when trying to sleep. My devices also weren't charging in my room on the ground floor. Room was never cleaned the whole time of 3 nights I was there even though one of the days I managed to leave a bit earlier. I had the sign on while in the room but would be nice for them to check if I needed anything or even have a couple bottles of water included. At least soap, lotion and hair dryer available and room clean to begin with, and a tiny safe available by the bed. Noise was the biggest issue for me. View could have been better - given 1st floor overlooking the train tracks. They offered to keep my bags on check out which was nice even though I decided not to."
